Slides made by Gordon Couling of concrete footbridge over the Speed River, bridging Woolwich Street and Arthur Street North in Guelph, 1960-1982. Also a slide made by Couling as a copy of an 1870 photograph of the Speed River and houses on the north bank, along Arthur Street and up hill from Arthur Street. Railway tracks and trains visible in some slides. Written on card accompanying slides, "Footbridge"; written on some slides, "Heffernan Bridge". |
