Christmas card with print of Fergus, Ontario on cover; sent to William Tait of Fergus, Ontario Text: In this coming year, 1958, Fergus will be 125 years old. We have dug out a picture taken about 1895, the half-way mark, to show what progress Fergus had made up to that time. The old print is a bit spotty, but clear enough. It shows five churches, only the two stone ones being still in use; the old high school, the big grain elevator and the Grand Trunk station, all just memories.
