The Former Junction Hotel, located at the junction of the roads to Elora and Fergus; also known as Griffith's Hotel or Griffith's Tavern. It eventually became a private residence for George Prior and his wife Louisa. Mr. Prior died in 1954, his widow in 1976. The building was demolished in 1984 [MU 1025]. - file 2: 2-page history of Lots 19,20, 21, 22, Con.2, Division "D", Guelph Twp. Bruce Fletcher and his wife Evelyn purchased the farm in 1948 and raised their family and farmed there until 1964 [MU 1025]. - file 3: Paper colour print. Crest presented to the Mount Pleasant Baseball Team players when they won the Hales Trophy in 1949 [MU 1025]. |
