Streetscapes with houses, cottages, duplexes and other buildings along Waterloo Avenue in Guelph, from Gordon Street to Edinburgh Road, as they appreared ca.1845 and between 1965-1980. Vehicles visible in some slides. SLIDES 8802 - 8822: Two-storey red brick house at 1-3 Waterloo Ave., 1967-1980. Written on most slides taken before 1980 "1 Waterloo", and on two slides, "1-3 Waterloo Ave". Written on card accompanying slide, "1 Waterloo / Culum[?] Neleullt[?] / John Corem[?] 1979". Slide 8813 includes views of neighbouring houses and Church of Our Lady. SLIDES 8823 - 8830: Two-storey stone house identified on slides and on card accompanying slides as "9 Waterloo Avenue"; identified on slide 8827 as "7 Waterloo". Images taken between 1969-1977. Includes views of front and rear and details of fire wall. SLIDES 8831 - 8834: Stucco house at 11 or 13 Waterloo Ave and neighbouring stone house at 9 Waterloo Ave, as they appeared between 1967-1980. SLIDES 8835 - 8842: Single-storey duplex at 15 Waterloo Avenue, ajoined to Knights of Columbus building, as it appeared between 1973-1980. When the Knights of Columbus building became the Guelph Civic Museum, this bungalow was removed to become the museum's parking lot. Neighbouring houses on Waterloo Avenue and Dublin Street, as well as Church of Our Lady, are also visible. SLIDES 8836 - 8888: Three storey stone building on the northeast corner of Waterloo Avenue and Dublin Street, used by the Knights of Columbus, and by 1979, the home of the Guelph Civic Museum, as the building appeared between 1967-1980. Written on slides "Civic Museum" and "K of C 21 Waterloo Ave". Also includes views of the Dublin Street facade. SLIDES 8889 - 8913: Stone house at 25 Waterloo Avenue, 1967-1979.
