Item 1: Agreement from Joseph Witmer, Township of Waterloo, Waterloo County, to Andrew Howes, Tanner, the sum of three hundred pounds, 4 April 1855 re Concession 14 Lot 25, Minto Township. Item 2: Letterhead for John Howes, manufacturer of and dealer in lumber, lath, shindles, coal and wood, mills at Harriston and Dundalk, Harriston, Ontario, 191_. (2 copies) Item 3: Agreement made 23rd October 1912 between the Town of Harriston and John Howes of Harriston, to buy all the electric light equipment outside of his power house, for $2000, 1 December 1912.
