Firefighter's coat dated to the 1960s. The coat is mid-thigh in length. It is constructed of yellow cotton coated with a water repellant, synthetic rubber coating. A mis-matched pair of firefighter's gloves dated to the 1960s. Both are constructed of cotton coated with a water repellant rubber coating. The left hand glove (.01) is brown in colour with an off-white lining; the right hand glove (.02) is orange in colour with a pale purple lining; both have brown rib knit cuffs; wrist-length. Black manufacturer's mark stamped on top of hand of .01, reads: "Bearcat".
