  1. 1978.192.1 - Bowl Dish, Candy

    Clear pressed pattern glass, bowl or candy dish. The base is a rounded triangle. Six bands of decoration (squares, Xs and diamonds) come up from the base through the centre column ending in spears below the scalloped rim. The bottom edge of the dish dish has a wavy edge with a scroll and star decoration. The maker is unknown.

    Cylindrical tin match holder with center opening. Back piece with hole for hanging. Painted pale blue over red.

  4. 1978.192.12 - Fragment, Bone

    Deer antler fragment. Thick trunk of antler with thinner sections branching off near the top. Forming an over-all "Y"-shape. The trunk part widens at the base and is solid. The top end is hollow.

    A small rectangular shallow white glazed ceramic dish with a raised pink, green and blue floral pattern across the centre. Also with gold coloured shamrocks in corners.

    A small pale yellow glazed rectangular ceranic dish with red, blue and orange-coloured raised design of door, beams and bricks. Pattern depicts the inside of a house or barn. On the bottom is stamped "English Ware Lancasters LTD. Hanley England" with a crown design. The bottom is also glazed.

    Cup (.01) and saucer (.02) do not match. Cup is white bone china with blue edge on top, bottom and handle. Cup has a hand painted floral pattern in multiple colours. Saucer is white with blue edge around circumference. Saucer has a floral pattern in multiple colours.

    Round clear pressed pattern glass dish (.01) with matching lid (.02). Lid has a hexagonal shaped stem leading to a ribbed flat rounded knob. The base has a octagonal shaped stem above the foot. The maker is unknown.

  11. 1978.192.18 - Dish, Pickle

    Clear heavy pressed pattern glass oval-shaped pickle or relish dish with a star in centre. With a thumb print scalloped edge and designs up the sides of the dish. Unconfirmed names for this pattern are "Persian Spear" or "Sunken Medallion". It appears to be heavy flint glass from the 1860s. Made by Sowerby and Company, England.

    Two identical earthenware preserving jars (.01 & .02). The exterior of the jars has been hand painted in yellow and red flowers. Borders are green. Top border has yellow dots.

    Clear pressed pattern glass cake plate on a pedestal. The underside of the plate has a diamond design with daisies interwoven throughout. The central foot and stem are plain with three mould lines.

  14. 1978.192.20 - Plate, Cake

    Earthenware serving plate in the "Majolica" style. The decoration includes brown background with raised green leaves, pink flowers, and two butterflies. The tan coloured scalloped edge of the plate appears to be part of the branch design holding the flowers and leaves together. The glazing is also on the bottom of the plate. There is a large and small chip and some repair to the plate rim.

    Woman's silk handkerchief with printed floral design in purple, black, and grey. Each corner depicts a bouquet of flowers framed with lace. Manufacturer's adhesive paper sticker in one corner reads: "Macclesfield Print / A / Sylqueena / Reg'd / Production / Pure Silk".

    Plain woven white linen pillow sham with red hand embroidery depicting a blooming branch and bird around centre. Inscription in centre reads: "Joyful Be Thy Awakening".

  18. 1978.192.3.03 - Jar, Food Storage Pot, Mustard Spoon

    A white bone china mustard pot (.01), with a removeable lid (.02) and small spoon (.03). The pot and the lid have a green and pink floral design. Handles have been applied to both. The neck of the pot has a raised design. The lid has a notch to accomodate the spoon.

  19. 1978.192.32 - Spoon, Serving

    Silver serving spoon with three shallow lobes at spoon end. Handle has been embossed with flowers and scrolls near the end. Edges are threaded finial with scrolls on both sides. Inscription reads: "Wm. Rogers & Son" and "AA".

    Oval silver spoon with embossed design. Handle has a beaded edge. End of spoon is rounded. Inscription reads: "ARIZ SILVER".
