  2. 2012.38.8 - Seeder, Grass

    "Cyclone" hand grass seeder dated circa 1960. The seeder has a white heavy fabric bag and shoulder strap. The bag holds the seeds and is sewn to a wooden base painted red. Attached to the wooden base is a red wooden handle and metal crank. When turned, the cogs underneath the base move and distribute seeds onto a white plastic dish that distributes the seeds outward as the person walks. The strap would sit on the person's shoulder.
