1952X.536.1 - Pump, Water Pump
A wood and iron water pump, circa 1860. The body of the pump is made of ash wood. It is a thick length of squared wood that has been turned, above and below the spout, for decorative purposes. A 4.5 inch bored hole extends through the length of the pump. A heavy iron spout is attached at the front middle. A heavy iron fitting is attaached at the top side to accommodate the handle (missing).
