Description |
A tall trophy with a wooden base used during 1974 to 2006. On the base is mounted a metallic red and gold column sandwiched between a marble block at the top and the bottom. On top of the marble the trophy is finished with a gold-finished plough. The title plaque reads "Reeve Challenge Cup 1974-1998/ Mayor Challenge Cup 1999-/ Donated by Howard and Alma Dunk." |

The donor was Reeve of Minto Township and a multiple winner of this trophy. Howard Dunk of Guelph Township was a farmer and a champion ploughman, who competed at many Ploughing Matches. Howard died in 2006. |
