A child's nightgown made with two embroidered swan motifs on the front. The gown has lace and tatting on the capped sleeves. It has blue satin ribbon decorating the front neck piece. |
Provenance |
The nightgown belonged to the family of the donor's grandfather, John Mann. He settled on a farm on RR #3 in Acton in 1877. He was succeeded by Edward Mann, the donor's father. |
