A 1906 sterling silver nursing graduation pin. The lapel pin is enamelled in red, white, blue and brown. It has a Red Cross insignia on the front and "Royal Alexandra Hospital, Fergus, Ont." On the back is inscribed "Annie M. Trout". |

The pin was worn by Annie Trout when she graduated from the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Fergus in 1906. "A proud day for every nursing student when, after three years of training, she graduated and received her pin and cap. The 1906 pin is inscribed on the back to Annie Trout." |
