Two order forms (.03 and .04) for Canadian Centennial stamp box 2016.11.1.01 (stamp box is stored in a separate location). One order form (.03) is blank. It is a double-sided bilingual rectangular paper form in black and white. The front contains fields to be completed with the order information, and the back contains information about the product. The second order form (.04) is completed with purchase information in ink. It is a bilingual red and white rectangular paper form. It shows that the stamp box was purchased by Laura May McLelland of Guelph in 1967 for $2.43. |

These order forms belong with Canadian Centennial stamp box 2016.11.1.01. It was purchased by Laura May McLelland (20 June 1916 - 26 June 2009) of Guelph in 1967 for $2.43. Laura was born in West Garafraxa Township on the 4th Line. Her parents were Albert and Phyllis McLelland. Laura sold her family farm in about 1934 to Clifford Louttit. She moved to Elora, then moved to 8 Durham Street in Guelph about two years later. She then moved to the Park Mall Apartment on Quebec Street in Guelph in 1989. She moved to the Wellington Terrace in 2008. |
