Description |
A short strand of barbed fence wire. The wire consists of a flat, narrow length of iron with a central ridge. One edge is smooth, and the other is barbed with flat triangular points at one-inch intervals along the strand. The wire is twisted along its length to distribute the barbs on all sides. Probably from the turn of the century. |
