World War I British War Medal. Circular silver medal "1914-1918" with attached ribbon holder (.01). On the back is St. George on horseback trampling a skeleton. Front is raised head of King George V. Inscribed around the edge "Georgius Britt. Omni Rex Et Ind Imp". Ribbon of moire orange bordered by white, black and blue stripes (.02). Inscription on edge of medal "N. Sister H. L. Brydon". |
