Provenance |
The school slate was used by the donor's mother, Annie (MacEdward) MacIntyre (1884-1980). She was born and raised in Puslinch Twp. She attended S.S. #9, Badenoch school. In 1949 she moved to Guelph with her two daughters, Llewella MacIntyre (1921-2003) and Dorothy MacIntyre (b. 1924). The school slate remained in Guelph until it was donated to the museum. There is a print out of the MacEdward family history with the gift form. |
