Description |
A clear glass medicine bottle (.01) with a rectangular base, straight sides and a narrow round neck with a cork stopper. Filled with a dark brown liquid. Paper label adhered to bottle reads "Dr. Pierce's Compound Extract of Smart-Weed" and includes printed instructions for use. Embossed on the rear is "Extract of Smart-Weed", and on either side "R.V. Pierce, M.D." and "Buffalo, N.Y." Includes the original cardboard box product packaging (2013.28.8.02) and an instruction sheet (2013.28.8.03). |
