Maud Buschlen, born in Arthur, 1881; the Census for Arthur, 1901, listed her occupation as "violinist"; she was said to be the first violin graduate from the (then) Toronto Conservatory of Music. She toured east and west, lived in Toronto and in later life, married 1946, and sold insurance for Canada Life Assurance Co. |
