Description |
The Rantoul family records consist of information gathered by members of the Rantoul family of Mount Forest, who are related to the Yeomans family of Mount Forest. Asa Yeomans was married in Kingston in 1819 and four of his children had a profound influence on Mount Forest. Lawrence Herkimer "Harky" Yeomans was a druggist in Mount Forest from 1859. He married Eliza Ensko Smith and they had five children. One of these five children was Alpha Irene Yeomans. Alpha married Silas John Short in 1911. [All items STORED MU 11 unless otherwise noted].
