Found loose inside front cover: correspondence from Ministry of Agriculture and Food regarding annual payments due on serial tile drainage debentures, 1975-1981. - File 3: Water Works and Sewerage Systems of Canada, compiled by Leo G. Denis, 1916. Gives information about when operations started, owner, supply, reservoirs, distribution, pressure, consumption, financial costs, rates, etc., for municipalities, including ones in Wellington County. Fergus Public Utilities Commission inscribed inside front cover. - File 4: Canadian Municipal Government, by Kenneth Grant Crawford, 1954. After the flag raising, Helen Broadfoot is awarded with a 125th Anniversary of the Confederation of Canada Medal for her volunteer work on behalf of Nichol Township and her many years of working with farm safety activities. Then shows footage of sod turning ceremony for Nichol Twp. Works Garage, 26 October 1993.
