   Five postal box units, four of which are the same size. One is slightly smaller. The frames are wooden with dovetailed joints. The locking boxes are metal with glass-fronted doors. One of the units contains the original service wicket with rear counter. Most of the boxholders' names are intact.

The boundaries of the township became the borders of the quilt.
