    Oval shaped metal rasp set on a slender flat metal shaft with a sloped bend. A series of horizonatal grooves create the cutting surface (used to rasp horse teeth). The shaft of the rasp mounts into a long round wooden handle with a brass collar. Handle is natural wood in colour. Hand-forged. Dated circa 1890-1900.
