   A blue cotton work shirt with white stitching, circa 1925. The machine-stitched shirt has long sleeves, buttoned cuffs, a left breast pocket, a collar and buttons downs the front of the shirt to the waist. The work shirt has long shirt tails that open from the last button at the waist.

3. 2002.30.1 - Case, Linen Case, Personal Holder

   Rectangular piece of white cotton with a pocket along one end. At the other end are two short ties. Embroidered in blue cross-stitch on the front is "LINEN" with a pink, blue and green floral motif on either side. It is dated circa 1900-1910.

4. 2002.30.10.02 - Holder, Letter

   A home-made letter holder or card holder dated circa 1900. Two flat squares that are both covered in silk over a soft batting. The inside layer of silk on both is pink; the outside layer on both is purple, pink and green floral pattern. Handstitched around the edges. A thin pink and green silk ribbon, with the words "Merry Christmas" in red, ties the two together.

   Woman's yellow and white floral print cotton bib apron, dated 1935. Pull-on or wrap-around style with a round neckline. Two waist ties at the back. One pocket on the front; yellow cotton tape trim at neckline, pocket and around outer edge. The apron is home-made and machine-sewn.

   Circular hot pad with a removeable white crocheted cover. Pad is a hard surface covered with white flannel. The hot pad cover is crocheted in a floral pattern, with diamond shaped petals, and ties around the outer edges of the pad.

    Ceramic and felt teapot spout drip catcher shaped like a parrot. The ceramic parrot charm is painted with a yellow stomach, green back flecked with black, and blue wings and head. The base of the charm is curved to fit over a rounded teapot spout. There are two holes in either side of the charm's base, through which a beige elastic is passed which holds a green felt cylinder snug to the underside of a teapot's spout to catch drips.

    Yellow appliqué Dresden plate quilt made circa 1930. The quilt has a scalloped edge bound in yellow and yellow backing. It is four blocks wide by five blocks long. Each block has a motif with nineteen 'petals' arranged around a central circle. The circle has cross-hatch stitching.
