"From Rawdon, West to Wellington", by Daniel Parkinson, Feb. 2005, traces the author's family ancestors, English and Irish, from Rawdon Twp., Lower Canada (Province of Quebec), to Garafraxa Twp., Wellington County, between the years 1850-1860. Family names included Brown, Kyle, Burns, Parkinson, Butcher, Conley / Connelly / Conoly, Torney / Turney, Robinson, Constable, Cassidy / Cassady, Booth, Robinson, Evely / Eveleigh, McGowan, Moor, McClanaghan, and Mitchell. Some members of the families listed, as well as others, like the Scroggie, Gray, Law, Johnson / Johnston and Paton families, had settled earlier in Nichol and Maryborough Twps. Includes index of names under the heading "Garafraxa" and "Maryborough". Edition of Oct. 2003, replaced with edition of Feb. 2005, 39 pages + 10-page index.
