Hillsburgh Auxiliary Women's Institute Tweedsmuir Scrapbooks. The Hillsburgh Junior Women's Institute was founded 18 January 1922, and in 1948, changed its name to Hillsburgh Auxiliary Women's Institute. The Tweedsmuir History (listed separately) contains photos and clipppings from the early 1900s to the 1990s; it is followed by four scrapbooks additional scrapbooks) covering the period to 2001. The contents of the scrapbooks has been listed page-by-page below; in most cases the page headings of the original have been used, with additional explanation [in square brackets, thus], where useful. The numbers at the left refer to the re-pagination in pencil at lower left and right.
