A copper 'lustreware' drinking glass or tumbler with flared sides. Copper-coloured on the inside and outside, with a blue band that encircles the cup and describes a series of copper-coloured abstract design. There is a ridge around the top that is decorated with small dots of glass.

1969.4.2 - Wreath Wreath, Floral Shadowbox
A floral wreath mounted within a shadowbox. The wreath is made of multi-coloured yarn flowers that are arranged in a pattern similar to a horseshoe. The flowers are denser at the bottom and gradually decrease to an open area. The flowers and leaves are fashioned with wire and then covered with yarn. The frame is made of dark-coloured wood. A gold band borders the edge of the frame where the glass meets it.

A woman's off-white silk handkerchief, circa 1900-1910. It is machine embroidered with pink, blue and mauve flowers with green leaves and stems and four white birds. The handkerchief has scalloped edges with machine buttonhole stitching.

White cotton full bloomers with faded floral pattern in which brown and grey are the only visible colours. There are buttons on each side of the waistband and a centre button on the ribbon at the waistband. The bloomers have no gathering and are a larger set probably meant for a heavier woman.

Red and white cotton tablecloth that is Jacquard-woven with a leaf and fern pattern. It is red and white on one side, and white and red on the other. Two edges are hemmed, and two edges on bias edge.

A small tablecloth, circa 1900-1920. It has a rough cotton Jacquard weave with a large floral and garland design in red and white on a peach background. There is a connecting floral and leaf design in white that is also on the background. Two of the edges are hemmed and two edges are on bias.

A printing plate (.02) of an image of the Old Commercial Hotel in Alma built about 1868. The building was torn down several years ago. The plate was stored in an envelope (.01) with the printed images on the front (moved to Archives and renumbered ph 24691_03).

Cream-coloured wedding dress in Empire style has a high-waisted bodice with softly draped overlay of voile edged with cream silk fringe. High neckline has V-shaped insert of Irish lace, fastened at the back with hooks and embroidered eyes. The raglan sleeves are covered with voile and edged with fringe. 1986.67.1 - Coat
Man's raccoon fur coat with roll collar and centre split at back, machine-stitched, and heavy black sateen lining with ironcloth for sleeves. There are two side pockets and one inside (right hand) with chamois lining. Six buttons (three on either side) made of pressed wood, barrel-shaped, and covered with braid. For fastening the buttons, there are eight (four on each side) braid loops. There is also a brass chain at the neck for hanging up.
