A white cotton voile baby's bonnet dated circa 1840-1850. The bonnet has a circular inset piece at the back. It has three rows of ruching around the brim and back. Two of these rows are also quilted. The bonnet has two tape ties. It has four small holes over the hat with four of them darned.

Dense, rectangular, multi-lobed pincushion. Top centre is purple velvet embellished with raised clear beading in a bird and flower design. Solid beading in a leaf design fills each lobe; two leaves in each section; one in clear beads and the other in colour. Faded pink polished cotton backing is edged with clear beads which form a loop fringe on the corners. Stuffing is presumed to be sawdust.

The nightcap has a drawstring located at the nape of the neck. The ties are made from a coarser material and are edged with a plain frill of a finer fabric.

A white dimity indoor bonnet dated circa 1840-1850. The handstitched bonnet is made of a single piece of material gathered into a rectangular shape at the nape of the neck. The bonnet is decorated with two rows of tucks, one band of handmade eyelet lace and three nainsook frills edged in machine lace. It has short tie fasteners.

Handsewn, cotton, patchwork signature quilt top. Pieces are sewn together in strips. Embroidered with the names of the pupils of Salem School, dated November 23, 1896. The centre block reads "Margaret Amy Wilson Nichol Nov. 23 1896". Every second or third block is white with embroidered red names. Some names are embroidered on light prints.

Infant's barrowcoat made of white cotton sheeting.Two panels joined at the side seams and gathered to a straight bodice. The plain bodice overlaps for fastening with pins at the centre back closing. The skirt is edged in a very wide hand-crocheted border with a floral motif. Machine stitched. Wide hem.

A decanter (.01) made of clear glass (flint) with a grey and brown pewter and cork stopper (.02). The pattern on the main body is 3 large circles alternating with raised squares (waffles) 4 across by 7 down. Large lip (blob-top) on long clear neck. The bottom is clear without any design and a ground pontil mark exist with a small chip.

Glass decanter with four matching liqueur glasses. Clear blown glass that has a red-painted leaf and vine design on the surface of each piece. The lip of the decanter is red, the neck of it is frosted. The decanter stopper has a floral emblem on the top. The glasses have a round bowl on a stem with a flat pedestal base. The bowl of each glass is ogee-shaped and the stem is angular.
