[MU 1710] Item 1: Clause of Richard and Mary Ann Warmington's deed to their son William Warmington regarding the property: North East fifth of the South West half of Lot 13 Concession 2, West Garafraxa Township, 1875. Item 2a: Block copy of the last will and testament of James Young (farmer) of West Garafraxa. James leaves his property on the East half of Lot 12 on Concession 2, West Garafraxa Township to his wife Margaret Young, 1875. Item 2b: Codicil for the last will and testament of James Young (farmer) of West Garafraxa. This codicil leaves the house and its furnishings to his unmarried daughters Mary Ann Young and Agness Young, 1877. Item 3: Receipt booklet from J.M. Roach & Company: Flour, Feed, Seed, grain, Coal and Coke in Arthur, ca. 1940. Item 4: Membership card for The Humane Society of the City of Guelph and the County of Wellington Inc. In Affiliation with the Ontario S.P.C.A. held by Rae Wagon Works, 1949. File 2: Books on local history, teaching, and lacrosse, 1913-1983. [MU 1710] Item 1: The Canadian Teacher Vol. XVIII No. 5 published semi-monthly by the Educational Publishing Co., Limited in Toronto, November 1, 1913. Item 2: Finest Quebec and Labrador Mink; a booklet advertising the Fergus Fur Farms, breeders of the finest quality Labrador and Northern Quebec mink. The company had ranches located in Bradore Bay, Labrador and Fergus, Ontario. The booklet was printed by the Fergus News-Record, 1930. Item 3: Canadian Official Box and Indoor Lacrosse Guide. Published by Canadian Sports Publishing Company in Brantford Ontario as part of the Spalding's Athletic Library, 1932. This book was owned by K. Bairstow of Lake Promenade, Long Branch, Etobicoke. Inside the book is a card that reads "A.E. Lyon, Rockwood, President of the Ontario Amateur Lacrosse Association, a position he held since 1929" and "W.W.B. Dick, Rockwood, Auditor of the Ontario Amateur Lacrosse Association". Item 4: The Beginning of Things in Wellington and Waterloo Counties, with particular reference to Guelph, Galt and Kitchener. Written by A.E. Byerly, illustrated by Leslie Marsh, published by Guelph Publishing Company, 1935.
